You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging.

How to start

Email support@trenttowershatscaps.xin with the order number. We send a return approval before anything comes back. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Who pays postage

If you changed your mind, you cover return postage. If the item is damaged, wrong, or never arrived, we cover the return or skip the return and replace or refund it.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and check the return. Shipping charged at checkout, if any, is refunded only when the error was ours.

What we cannot take back

Used, washed, or missing-parts items; gift cards; and items returned after the 30-day window without a prior exception.
